The Condominiums
The project will have 40 two and three bedroom condominiums totaling 52,000 square feet, with hallways and common areas of an additional 15,806 square feet. The average unit size is 1,300 square feet. A handful of smaller two bedroom/two bath units will have 950 square feet, and a few three bedroom luxury suites will be in the mid-1400 to 1500 square foot range.
