During the last 15 years, Terry Claassen has helped orchestrate the placement of close to one billion dollars of private and public equity in numerous real estate, technology and other business-related entities. From 1985-1994 Mr. Claassen was one of the top Commercial Real Estate Investment Brokers for Marcus & Millichap Inc. of Denver. As a principle of Pacifica Holding Company from 1994-2000 was directly involved in the development of 2,500,000 square feet of projects and oversaw the disposition of all the company assets in three separate transactions totaling $500,000,000. More recently Terry has founded TCC Properties, LLC, which has invested in over $20 million of acquisitions and development in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2005. Terry is also developing commercial rehab/therapy products for Eccentron, LLC in Denver. Mr. Claassen graduated from Colorado College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, and was MVP on the Lacrosse Team in 1983. He also played one year of professional lacrosse for the Denver Rifles of the National Lacrosse League in 1987. He is a member of many real estate, charity and educational boards. He and his family are full time residents in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Mike Elkins has spent the last 14 years in the Roaring Fork Valley. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Aspen Sotheby’s International Realty team. Mike has extensive experience in the residential/resort real estate market and has worked with buyers and sellers from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. The projects Mike has contributed to include country club community development and sales, condominium conversions and sales, condominium conversions and sales, and condominium renovation and sales in Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Mike is a native of Colorado.
Pat Henry is one of the top-producing brokers at Fuller, specializing in multi-family and income-producing properties in both local and national markets. His real estate transactions include trophy apartment complexes, shopping centers, mini storage and industrial deals. Although commercial real estate is the focal point of his career, Pat has been involved in other endeavors: the Ninth Door restaurant in LoDo, the Sky Diner and Rhino Room in Denver’s uptown market, and an 18-Unit Bed and Breakfast in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Pat enjoys all aspects of the development of real estate. His talent lies in adding value to concepts through his strong sense of design and visualization yet maintaining the fundamentals of strong finance and cash flow.
Patti Corcoran manages administrative and bookkeeping duties as well as website content and project support. Now a resident of Denver, Patti spent 8 years in Property Management as Director of Sales for luxury rental properties in Vail, Colorado for Brandess-Cadmus Real Estate, and 3 years as Print Production Manager at Quark, Inc.
Website development, hosting, and corporate identity are handled by Dayjob, Inc. of Denver. Dayjob was founded by two guys with Midwest work ethics, east coast ideas, and west coast attitudes. The two principles at Dayjob, Sean Porter and Todd Roeth, have diverse and complimentary experiences in computer programming, web applications, graphic design, multimedia development, photography, good old-fashioned ingenuity, and a consumer friendly character.
