Patrick Henry

Pat has more than 15 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate market. Consistently one of the top-producing brokers at Fuller, Pat specializes in multi-family and income-producing properties in both local and national markets. He joined Fuller in 1996 after a 3 year brokerage position with Marcus and Millichap and has closed in excess of 750 million dollars in various transactions. His real estate transactions include trophy apartment complexes, shopping centers, mini storage and a handful of industrial deals.

Although commercial real estate is the focal point of his career, Pat has and is involved in other endeavors. Pat purchased 1808 Blake Street in Lower Downtown Denver. In this space he fully reconstructed the building and created a tapas restaurant and lounge called the Ninth Door. The restaurant has consistently been considered one of the top restaurants in Denver according to the Rocky Mountain News, Westword and 5280 Magazine. Other restaurant endeavors include the Sky Diner and Rhino Room in Denver’s uptown market. In addition to local developments, Pat led a group of Denver investors in building a 18 Unit Bed and Breakfast in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. They built and owned the property for a 7 year period. Pat enjoys all aspects of the development of real estate. His talent lies in adding value to concepts through his strong sense of design and visualization yet maintaining the fundamentals of strong finance and cashflow.
